Unblockable popups

Internet marketers are constantly looking for new ways to boost conversion rates and squeeze out more money from the traffic they already have. In the past the best tool for grabbing attention were popups. No one could resist them.
Webmasters went crazy and everyone started using multiple popup windows in an effort to cash in on that lucrative tool.
That has had a negative effect. Popups became such a nuisance that instead of drawing buyers in, they chased surfers away—in droves.
Smart surfers now run popup stoppers and popup blockers. Even Google and Yahoo added free popup blockers to their toolbars so surfers could surf in peace.
The power of the popup had nearly died.
But leave it to smart entrepreneurs, they found a way around this problem. Many webmasters and entrepreneurs are now using what is referred to as the “unblockable†popup.
That’s because this new type of popup isn’t a popup at all. Instead of popping up in a separate window it loads right inside the same browser the surfer is currently using. That way no popup blocker can stop the ‘popup’ from being viewed.
